Session Description
Pattern recognition and Image processing nowadays became so important in many application areas such as Image sharpening and restoration, Medical field, Remote sensing, Transmission and encoding, Pattern recognition, Machine vision and image processing.
In the past, several researchers proposed multiple techniques such as conventional machine learning techniques, supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, Bayes classifier, K-means clustering, random forest, and decision tree. Recently, the rapid advancements in deep learning or deep neural networks has shown a promising performance for high resolution scenarios.
Challenge in the image processing domain is that huge voluminous of the data captured through many sources such as social media, live streaming infrastructure, satellite images is causing a great difficulty to pre-process, analyse and perform decision making. Because of these issues, the algorithms and approaches that are currently available are not sufficient to handle huge amounts of data.
Authors are encouraged to submit contributions related to any of the following recommended topics mentioned below.
